In over our heads

Believe it or not, I finally started uploading some recent sermons to my new website. I did a series in Daniel last year in Otego, and those notes are now available at home.stanbaker.info.

Thought for the day, from Daniel 10: Anytime we try to do the will of God and make a difference for God, we are in over our heads. All of life is meant to be lived under the power and strength of God.

Changes

More than a year ago, I changed how I handled my website (stanbaker.org, blog.stanbaker.org), and parts of it just never quite worked right. Hence, I gave up on it, though I know it would have been helpful to keep uploading sermon notes and .mp3s from my teaching at Otego Baptist Church.

So it is a new year, and a new opportunity, and I think I have simplified things enough that it will be relatively easy to keep a website and blog updated. (It's one of those things ... if it isn't easy, it isn't going to get done - life is too crazy).

The new site will be at home.stanbaker.info, hosted by Google Apps, with some features hosted by GoDaddy.com. I hope it all works out. I appreciate those who care about what I say, and the sermons I deliver.
