Change or collapse into non-existence

Alan Chandler wrote, "At the risk of sounding like an alarmist, every church needs to examine their current form of church government. Why, because within the next 10-15 years, every church will either change the way they make decisions or they will collapse under the weight of their own hierarchal machinery."

Changes in this area of ministry are often the most difficult. But if things can change here, they can change throughout the whole church. Otherwise, changes in the rest of the church are next to impossible.
