I&amp;#39;ve never been par...</title><content type='html'>Very interesting article!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve never been part of a church governance structure that took a High Control / Low Accountability approach. I would think that would make for a truly maddening experience.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At NCF we have a sort of unusual hybrid of a church government, split between an elder-led system and congregational/baptist rule. It&amp;#39;s a good system, though not without its occasional headaches.
